Shipping

North America:
All deliveries are through USPS (USA and International) or Canada Post, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order after it's been shipped. Shipments may take a little longer for remote areas in Canada. Once the item ships you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Rush orders can be accommodated, message us prior to purchase if you need the item by a certain date.

If you wish to upgrade to rush shipping (1-3 business days), this must be purchased separately. Please choose the option upon checking out.

International:
All deliveries are through USPS, please allow 15-30 days to receive your order after it's been shipped. Once the item ships you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Shipping - General Info:

Please ensure the ship to address is correct before making your purchase. If the item needs to be shipped to a different address, please note this in the Notes to Seller section upon checkout.

General

Photos can show variances in the fabric colour due to the light, do keep in mind when matching colours. We may change the buttons used for the cardigans due to availability, please advise if you need a specific colour for your order.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Orders cannot be refunded if the duty is not paid and the item is returned.

We will only use your shipping and billing address and contact information to process your order and for legal reasons.  Your information, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. 

By making a purchase, you are agreeing to Kool Kiddoz shop policies and processing time. Once the item has been shipped, Kool Kiddoz will not be liable for shipping delays, damage or loss due to shipping and handling by carrier or if the delivery/ship to address is incorrect.
